🎓 Diploma in Insurance or a related field: A background in Insurance, Risk Management, or related disciplines
📋 Strong analytical skills and ability to write clear, concise reports
🔍 Keen attention to detail with an investigative mindset

🌍 Prior experience in marine or non-marine claims is an added advantage
🚗 Willingness to travel for assignments both locally and internationally
💼 High level of integrity and ability to work independently under pressure
Experience working in a busy claims office (less than 5 years). Must be ready to work in either Mombasa or Nairobi.
